Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant 3 focused on business support and talent operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain hiring requisition data
  • Serve as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval processes
  • Track and report details for all open and in-process hiring
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Experience in a recruiting coordinator role or program management
  • Proficiency in MSFT tools, including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote
  • Familiarity with Employee Central and iCIMS is preferred
  • Ability to manage high volumes of requests efficiently
