Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain hiring requisition data
- Serve as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval processes
- Track and report details for all open and in-process hiring
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, recruiting, or administrative support
- Experience in a recruiting coordinator role or program management
- Proficiency in MSFT tools, including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote
- Familiarity with Employee Central and iCIMS is preferred
- Ability to manage high volumes of requests efficiently
