A company is looking for a People Program Manager to oversee and drive people programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of people programs, from planning and design through execution and evaluation
- Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Leverage change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of programs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, People Operations, HR or related roles
- A high degree of ownership, initiative, and adaptability
- Demonstrated organizational skill with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong project management skills, especially in driving clarity and alignment
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
