Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a high-volume, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy

- Define and track recruitment KPIs to ensure compliance and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, with 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing scalable recruitment strategies in high-growth environments
- Expertise in managing rapid hiring cycles and TA technology
