A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst - Executive & Equity Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of executive compensation strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct strategic analysis and review of compensation programs to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives
- Advise leaders on pay decisions and develop compensation policies that drive organizational performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field required
- Seven (7) plus years of executive, broad-based, or sales compensation experience required
- Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred
- Workday Compensation experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong project management skills
