Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Employment Specialist to drive sales of their Employer of Record product.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing while ensuring compliance with international labor laws
- Develop strategic partnerships by understanding client priorities and positioning the company as a long-term partner
- Manage customer relationships across defined stages of solution engagement, from onboarding to upsell/cross-sell cycles
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, or Global Sales Executive
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements
