A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting for key roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and Product teams
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse, high-quality candidates
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Data Science, ML, or AI roles
- Strong knowledge of technical domains such as ML modeling, data platforms, applied AI, analytics, and software engineering
- Proven track record in building diverse pipelines and utilizing inclusive sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Passion for the company's mission and excitement to help build impactful teams
