Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, manage Workday Benefits, and oversee expense management
- Support annual compensation and benefits events, including Open Enrollment and compensation review cycles
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday functional experience in US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses
- Solid understanding of HR and compensation processes in a corporate environment
- Experience with annual cycles such as Open Enrollment and compensation reviews
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
