Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day people operations, benefits, and payroll needs for North American employees
- Advise management on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
- Maintain HRIS, including payroll processing, and assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience supporting a remote workforce in a multi-state company
- Must reside in Eastern or Central time zones
