Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition loads while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing talent through various platforms
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and training on recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees in various industries
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Agency staffing and healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
