Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations across field locations
  • Support offboarding processes and analyze separation trends
  • Develop ER metrics dashboards and provide training for supervisors on employee relations topics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of employee relations or Senior HR generalist experience in a multi-location healthcare environment
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher-level HR certification
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management tools preferred
