Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations across field locations
- Support offboarding processes and analyze separation trends
- Develop ER metrics dashboards and provide training for supervisors on employee relations topics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of employee relations or Senior HR generalist experience in a multi-location healthcare environment
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher-level HR certification
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management tools preferred
