ADP and iCIMS Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP and iCIMS Lead to manage and enhance ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and daily operation of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS
• Ensure the integrity of HR data through regular audits and validation checks
• Create and interpret reports from ADP and iCIMS to support business decisions and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and configuring ADP Workforce Now
• Experience in administering and optimizing the iCIMS applicant tracking system
• Understanding of HRIS platforms, especially in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools for reporting and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
