A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Design, implement, and oversee various training programs, including onboarding and leadership development
- Partner with leadership to assess training needs and create targeted learning solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organization is a plus
