Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager - Talent (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning
• Act as a liaison between business units to ensure alignment of HRIS solutions with organizational priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
• 5+ years of Workday experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals
