A company is looking for an HRIS Manager - Talent (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning
- Act as a liaison between business units to ensure alignment of HRIS solutions with organizational priorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals
