ADP and iCIMS Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP and iCIMS Lead to manage and enhance HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and daily operation of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS
• Ensure the integrity of HR data through regular audits and validation checks
• Provide support and training to users, promoting effective system usage
• Create and interpret reports to inform business decisions and support HR initiatives
• Identify and implement system enhancements in collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and configuring ADP Workforce Now
• Experience administering and optimizing the iCIMS applicant tracking system
• Understanding of HRIS platforms, particularly in payroll and benefits administration
• Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools for reporting and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
