Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in annual compensation processes, including merit increases and incentive awards
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; concentration in Human Resources preferred
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to access and maintain data in an automated information system
  • Demonstrated mathematical and statistical aptitude
