Key Responsibilities
- Assist in annual compensation processes, including merit increases and incentive awards
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; concentration in Human Resources preferred
- 5 - 8 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to access and maintain data in an automated information system
- Demonstrated mathematical and statistical aptitude
