Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates weekly to ensure completion of onboarding forms and pre-hire steps
  • Monitor and adjudicate background checks and prepare new hire orientation lists
  • Assist with new hire benefits enrollment and process necessary HR transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
  • One year of customer service experience and three years of HR administration experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS and ATS systems
