A company is looking for a Specialist in Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving Tier 1 HR cases with high customer service and accuracy
- Create and maintain content in the employee-facing knowledge base, ensuring clarity and relevance
- Monitor case trends, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve self-service capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or customer service supporting HR in a global organization
- Experience with HRIS or case management systems, with Workday experience strongly preferred
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
