A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for providing analytical and project management support for various benefit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Collects and analyzes benefits data, researching industry trends and regulatory impacts
- Manages day-to-day benefits administration tasks and resolves complex benefits-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Minimum 3-5 years of related benefits experience
- CEBS certification preferred
- Knowledge of benefits programs including 401(k), Retirement, Health & Welfare, and Wellness
- Experience with HRIS and strong organization/project management skills
