Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for providing analytical and project management support for various benefit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Collects and analyzes benefits data, researching industry trends and regulatory impacts
  • Manages day-to-day benefits administration tasks and resolves complex benefits-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related benefits experience
  • CEBS certification preferred
  • Knowledge of benefits programs including 401(k), Retirement, Health & Welfare, and Wellness
  • Experience with HRIS and strong organization/project management skills
