Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for non-tech business units, providing coaching and support
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech departments and enhance hiring processes
- Manage day-to-day people operations, including employee lifecycle processes and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People & Culture with a strategic mindset
- Experience managing a direct report and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and team development
- Experience in a tech or startup environment is a strong asset
