Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops Manager (13-Month Mat Leave Replacement).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for non-tech business units, providing coaching and support
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech departments and enhance hiring processes
  • Manage day-to-day people operations, including employee lifecycle processes and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture with a strategic mindset
  • Experience managing a direct report and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and team development
  • Experience in a tech or startup environment is a strong asset
