Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Experience in recruiting within the fiber, telecom, construction, or field services industries preferred
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
