Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
- Source, screen, and recommend top talent for various roles within hospitals
- Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting
- Experience with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM strongly preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment
- A passion for pets and people, with experience in the veterinary or healthcare field being a bonus
