A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Background Checks (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end background check processes ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Global Security team to assess and process adverse findings according to policies
- Monitor background check completion metrics to align with hiring timelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related business field with 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background check management, onboarding, and processing TA-related transactions
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Experience as a first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service role
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
