Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Background Checks (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end background check processes ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Global Security team to assess and process adverse findings according to policies
  • Monitor background check completion metrics to align with hiring timelines and ensure a positive candidate experience


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or related business field with 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with background check management, onboarding, and processing TA-related transactions
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Experience as a first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service role
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
