A company is looking for a Candidate Care Associate (CCA) to support the recruiting and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with various administrative responsibilities
- Manage the post-offer process, including background checks and clearances
- Schedule interviews and arrange candidate travel and accommodations as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree strongly preferred
- 3 years of experience in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources and talent acquisition concepts and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
