Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training programs for employees, managers, and executives
- Develop and update training resources to support onboarding and continuous education
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to inform engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of professional development training experience
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Background in Human Resources preferred
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
