Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation team for successful client onboarding and product deployment
- Develop and refine implementation processes to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits implementation, project management, or client-facing roles in a global organization
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS products or enterprise software implementations is a plus
