Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credentialing to oversee the credentialing operations and provide guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for assigned business units
• Investigate and resolve complex credentialing issues while monitoring performance to meet quality benchmarks
• Provide training to team members and facilitate Credentialing Committee meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of combined management and provider data management experience
• Experience in credentialing or healthcare operations, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with audit preparation and reviews related to credentialing
