Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for independent contractors engaged by enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized onboarding calls and assist with program determination for efficient onboarding
- Act as a liaison between Talent, Program Specialists, and Account Management to enhance client experience
- Report on enrollment statuses to stakeholders and guide hiring managers on onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business process, customer service, human resources, or operations
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency
- Experience with JobDiva, VMS, ATS, or Background Screening systems preferred
