Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to enhance its Talent Acquisition Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and optimization of a recruiting tech stack and processes, including data analysis and reporting
- Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, identifying new tools and technologies
- Ensure data integrity within TA systems and develop reports for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
- 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Proven change management experience and lifecycle management of tools
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
