Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and People teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize sourcing strategies
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure data integrity and visibility into pipeline health
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or education
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Proven track record of recruiting for both technical and corporate roles
- Passion for inclusive hiring and delivering exceptional candidate experience
