Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Leave of Absence Management, ensuring compliance and communication
- Support employees with benefits navigation and maintain accurate HR records
- Coordinate documentation for workplace accommodations and assist with employee lifecycle events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in benefits, leave, or accommodations
- Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA
- Commitment to confidentiality and organizational skills
