Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Assistant to support the HR Compliance team in ensuring adherence to hiring standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compliance Team throughout the employee life cycle, including new hire and off-boarding processes
- Assist with audits related to the employee life cycle on a weekly and monthly basis
- Document and track compliance actions through dashboards, reports, logs, and records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in an HR-related field
- Knowledge of HR compliance and human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft software
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on maximizing efficiencies and process improvements
