- Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee HR administrative tasks including onboarding and benefits administration
- Collaborate with global HR and finance teams to align payroll and HR practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in global payroll management, particularly in the US and Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
- Payroll/HR Certification (e.g., CPP, CPM, PHR)
- Deep understanding of tax regulations and employment laws in the US and Canada
- Experience with payroll and HR software such as Workday, Gusto, or ADP Workforce Now
