- Collaborate with the People team to implement HR systems and performance management processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions regarding talent trends and employee development
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a Human Resources role
- Solid foundation of HR fundamentals and processes
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, with hands-on experience in Workday preferred
- BA in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- Experience in a global organization or startup environment
