Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tactical guidance and support for HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Collaborate with the People team to implement HR systems and performance management processes
• Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions regarding talent trends and employee development

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a Human Resources role
• Solid foundation of HR fundamentals and processes
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, with hands-on experience in Workday preferred
• BA in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Experience in a global organization or startup environment
