Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts complex investigations and manages cases related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence
- Provides consultation to leaders on performance and conduct-related concerns as the ER subject matter expert
- Collaborates with leaders to develop performance management documents and strategic approaches to talent assessment and leadership development
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of human resources experience, with at least 5 years in employee relations
- 3+ years of experience as a Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws within the Americas; global experience is a plus
- Relevant HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry
