Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all necessary checks and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training programs, and facilitate sessions introducing company policies and culture
- Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing questions and collecting feedback to enhance the onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for documentation compliance
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in onboarding
