Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
- Configure open enrollment lifecycle to meet customer workflow needs and serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation
- Ensure the protection and security of consumer personal information in compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Employee Navigator, highly preferred
- Current life and health insurance license, preferred
- 2 years of work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier, or TPA, preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
- Flexible approach to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
