Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
  • Configure open enrollment lifecycle to meet customer workflow needs and serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation
  • Ensure the protection and security of consumer personal information in compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Employee Navigator, highly preferred
  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred
  • 2 years of work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier, or TPA, preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
  • Flexible approach to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
