Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People Operations to lead and enhance their People Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Ops team and IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service
- Manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and leave administration while partnering with Finance and external vendors
- Oversee workplace operations and IT support to ensure smooth functioning across hybrid and remote teams
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in People Ops or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong HRIS experience, preferably with Gusto
- Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, and multi-state HR compliance
- Solid HRBP skills with experience in sensitive employee relations
- Excitement for hybrid work and a proactive, take-action attitude
