Required Qualifications and Education

- Experience partnering with hiring managers and team members as a trusted resource
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates using creative sourcing methods
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- A passion for building teams and delivering outstanding candidate experiences
