Key Responsibilities
- Conducts intake meetings to understand job requirements and creates targeted outreach campaigns
- Maintains and cultivates candidate pipelines through social media and professional networks
- Measures conversion rates of candidates and promotes the employer brand across various platforms
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar HR role
- Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Proficient in MS Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
