Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisitions Partner, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S., from pipeline strategy to offer close
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to forecast headcount needs and build proactive, high-quality pipelines
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent to evolve recruiting strategy, interview process, and candidate experience for U.S. GTM hiring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, focusing on GTM roles in high-growth tech or startup environments
- Deep expertise as a consultative business partner to leaders and hiring managers
- Proven track record of hiring top-performing GTM talent across multiple geographies and seniority levels
- Committed to equitable and inclusive hiring practices, and to building diverse teams by design
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
