• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer extensions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Background in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in phone interviewing and candidate recommendations
• Ability to use sound and unbiased judgment on applicants
