Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle payroll for approximately 250 employees, ensuring seamless semimonthly pay cycles
- Ensure compliance with multistate payroll regulations to support company expansion
- Develop and implement payroll-related policies to enhance efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of payroll experience with extensive knowledge of multistate compliance
- Proficiency in using Paylocity for payroll management
- Ability to draft payroll compliance policies and procedures
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Knowledge of employee relations practices
