Global Mobility Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility & Immigration Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration processes for employee moves, including relocations, transfers, and visa/work permit applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration or relocation processes, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to interpret and apply immigration regulations in key jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration
• Experience in broader HR compliance or regulatory work
• Demonstrated experience navigating global immigration regulations and processes
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and navigating complex case escalations with legal or immigration counsel
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in HR or related field
