Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in electrical engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with engineering and consulting project environments
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms and the ability to conduct Boolean searches
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
