Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Partner on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of employees by diagnosing and addressing development needs through learning programs
- Maintain and manage the Learning Management System and ensure compliance training is completed on time
- Design and deliver training programs, including leadership development and performance management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent, with further certification in HR or L&D
- Certified DiSC practitioner
- Proven ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in facilitating online and in-person training sessions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
