A company is looking for a Recruitment Manager to oversee the tutor hiring pipeline in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of K-12 tutors for various subjects
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process
• Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with leadership on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in K-12 or higher education
• Proven success in filling 25+ education or tutoring roles per quarter
• Understanding of effective tutoring techniques and classroom management
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and data analysis
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel within NYC for events
