Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in K-12 or higher education
- Proven success in filling 25+ education or tutoring roles per quarter
- Understanding of effective tutoring techniques and classroom management
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and data analysis
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel within NYC for events
