Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement staffing plans to attract and retain a diverse workforce
- Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews and feedback culture
- Establish and maintain labor relations strategies while ensuring compliance with legal obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience in a union work environment preferred, but not required
- Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
