Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staffing plans to attract and retain a diverse workforce
• Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews and feedback culture
• Establish and maintain labor relations strategies while ensuring compliance with legal obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience in a union work environment preferred, but not required
• Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
