Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Perform audits of HRIS data and compliance documentation to identify inconsistencies
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and manage offboarding processes with attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and maintaining compliant employee data
- Knowledge of benefits administration and coordination with partners
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align people processes
- Experience managing a Jira queue or similar project management system
