Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to manage HR systems and workflows throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Perform audits of HRIS data and compliance documentation to identify inconsistencies
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and manage offboarding processes with attention to detail
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and maintaining compliant employee data
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and coordination with partners
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align people processes
  • Experience managing a Jira queue or similar project management system
