Key Responsibilities
- Support physician onboarding by coordinating agreements, credentialing processes, and maintaining physician profiles
- Manage updates to physician panels and coordinate training for new panel members
- Source and schedule exam locations while maintaining a database of available resources
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
- Familiarity with physician networks, recruitment, and medical terminology
- Strong negotiation skills and computer literacy
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
