Key Responsibilities
- Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions, ensuring timely recruitment
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills and US work authorization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusting relationships
