Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to contribute to their People Operations (HR) Team through full life cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions, ensuring timely recruitment
  • Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills and US work authorization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusting relationships
